🍞🌍 I’m excited to Join the Bread Beyond Borders Challenge! 🥖🌍
Hey everyone! I’m thrilled to be a part of this amazing “Bread Beyond Borders” challenge with all of you! 🎉

This week, I decided to take on the bánh mì recipes listed at “Bread Central,” and let me tell you, it was a great idea! 🌟
For those who don’t know, bánh mì are Vietnamese baguettes that have a unique twist. 🇻🇳 They actually have their roots in French baguettes, which were introduced during the time of French occupation. The Vietnamese people embraced this culinary influence and added their own local flavors, creating something truly special. 🥐

What’s fascinating is that even though bánh mì evolved from French baguettes, they have become an integral part of Vietnamese street food culture today. 🍽️ It’s a testament to the blending of cultures and the way food can bring people together.
🤝Now, as I’ve been baking this recipe, I realized that I needed some hoagie rolls for those extra hearty sandwiches. 😄 So, I made a small alteration to the shape to accommodate larger fillings, because, well, I’m a larger guy who loves his sandwiches! 🥪💪

Let me tell you, the texture and taste of these bánh mì are simply incredible! 😍 The crust is crusty (of course! 😄), while the inside is incredibly soft and fluffy. It’s the perfect balance. And when you take a bite, the explosion of flavors from the fillings just takes it to another level.
🤤The recipe I’ve been using can be found along with all the other recipes in “Bread Central.” Follow the link to get your bake on!: https://bit.ly/3CeA38F
